Having your Nature Being One with God

Having your Nature Being One with God

I am sure there are people who don’t know what they like or even want in life. I have a nature like this. Even in my height of decision I need to double check, what do I believe? Am I new or do I exist on old bread?

This is challenging because I am so used to thinking like a slave, one bound by rules and legal jargon. I am CAUGHT in law because I am made in the image of my master. Yet I am free if I believe God made me for a reason. He is the master and I am His.

The reason God gave us the choice to be one with Him in life is it’s through His word we are like Him. The reason we were told we have been fallen out of His favour is not because we are sinful, though we are convinced we are, it’s due to the light of His word has not enacted the faith we need to reach out and accept His grace.

We source through His Word our God given nature in Him and it’s in this peace we are able to breath new life in Him. What joy we have in being able to seek him in this place of grace. The face of God is our joy. It’s now our fathers heart to give our love a new nature too.

So to understand the very grace of God we have received, we need to understand his face. His face comes with radiant and penitrating joy, I am overwhelmed by how much Jesus loves us. It’s true, we too radiate this love. We are made in His image.

An image of the one who saved and set us free is one true word. One with God means one with Him in all things. Not a limited event or a place of departure. Rather a whole person who is in love with you. This is our image.

I Looked at Him and Died but He Gave me Life Again Cos He Loved Me

I looked at him in the middle of my time today before his loving face It took my gaze, and I made him proud of me Yet as I waited my heart grew dim and I gave way to sin Yet he never forsook his promise to be with me And my hope to heal my heart fell away Yet I hear him saying, I alone can heal a heart that grows cold and dim Yet he waits for me and I carry my heavy heart to his hand And he rests with intent of caring for my love So beaten, broken and bruised he took me in Beaten and sore, my wound he healed Shown love from the spotless lamb of God He showed me I care for you He showed me love   Photo by   Bill Fairs   on   Unsplash

Found in the Arms of Grace

I was use to walking along the road with no one to guide me in which way I was to go. Now I see the way is a narrow road, not broad, that leads to life (John 7:13-14). I am able to see a piece of grace as a gift from God’s hand, not a limitation that restricts me from seeing his love. So I press forward toward the goal of receiving Christ as my inheritance. This I do, forget what is behind and press forward toward the heavenly calling we have in God’s son Jesus (Philippians 3:14).  For I was once lost in sin, unable to see, deaf from all the drowning noise of chaos and lost in my own pride of life. I thought I was alone because there was no one who could save me. Yet I was only dead due to a decision to forget who I as made to be. I am now in the light, not of life alone, but also of God’s grace. I leave my baggage of tormented soul to enter a new age of transformation. Like a butterfly I used to crawl, now I saw above the wind and lift up above the waves.  In the start o...

Favoured

Now the favour in your life will carry you so far. Where will it carry you? To love. Now love looks like something. Often love takes the form of submission to another and their will. Yet coming to know the one who made you is the first step in coming to favour that flows.  Rivers start with a trickle and end in a stream. The collective of so many droplets of water can cause the stream to bulge, bursting its banks. This bulging can be related to the formation of character in our soul. This soul flooded with love is favour again and again pouring through.  The first part of love is to see we are made in the image of God and then made for His glory. These two cement the first of which is grace upon grace then acting upon this revelation, we all seek the glory of God. So what is the power we seek? Is it just that we are to be known by Him and make Him known by love? Let’s look at this.  It’s profound that love can take us deeper into the foundation of the gospel. Love can fin...
