Forgive

Rest assure this is not a call for you to send me your confession and ask for me to forgive you. No, not even a sentence would suffice in this when one is asked to stand in the presence of God. No, we are made to stand in the God given, spirit filled, grace empowered, love of God.

Sometimes the God we serve is not allowing us to stay the course we think will end the way we want. It’s not even a rest of the year plan we should be holding to. It’s love we need and can only accomplish this through God working in us to achieve the plan of Jesus on earth.

With a God who cares for His sheep, we need to be careful and pride releasing. In Him we need to have our place and in Him we need to have grace to care for the ones He places in front of us. Our words are sharp and can forgive others through pain, disappointment, woundedness, grief and sadness.

God will also use our failure and shame to cause God’s plan to prosper. It’s freedom He ultimately needs us to accept and embrace. Though this case for great love is for God’s heart to be free to give us a love we not only can’t do without, we can’t stuff up. That is perfect love.

Woundedness can leave a person bear to transgression and sin. It can also give others reason ridicule and slander. Though God’s not one to trap us in graceless, merciless pity. It’s not like him to even have an ounce of sin in him.

He’s pure and unadulterated by this world. He uses his God likeness in harmony with others will. He is now a love which guides and directs our footsteps to a place of repentance and salvation. He is a king who shields us from our own failings. He is our high priest, councillor and friend. We needed worry about our own sin or be caught by gracelessness. It’s by grace we are saved through faith in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 2:8).

It’s a grace we are not allowed to alter in our attempt to justify our love for the world. It’s only through Jesus our lives are made whole, perfect in His sight. I have been given a new life in Him who made a way to the Father. There is just the need to believe. This is our only faith action, to take hold of the truth and believe.

We are free by the blood of God shed on the cross. He left the sin there, dead and finished. Cleansed by the word of God for all to behold. We are now in him, ransomed by the grace of God for a new life. We are a new creation and sent out to set others free too.

  1. Great writing, James. The Lord is bringing many lost souls back home in the coming days. True freedom can only be found in Christ Jesus. Blessings to you!

Found in the Arms of Grace

I was use to walking along the road with no one to guide me in which way I was to go. Now I see the way is a narrow road, not broad, that leads to life (John 7:13-14). I am able to see a piece of grace as a gift from God’s hand, not a limitation that restricts me from seeing his love. So I press forward toward the goal of receiving Christ as my inheritance. This I do, forget what is behind and press forward toward the heavenly calling we have in God’s son Jesus (Philippians 3:14).  For I was once lost in sin, unable to see, deaf from all the drowning noise of chaos and lost in my own pride of life. I thought I was alone because there was no one who could save me. Yet I was only dead due to a decision to forget who I as made to be. I am now in the light, not of life alone, but also of God’s grace. I leave my baggage of tormented soul to enter a new age of transformation. Like a butterfly I used to crawl, now I saw above the wind and lift up above the waves.  In the start o...

Watch and See I am He

When I create things I take time to elaborate on my thought as a sign of discretion so not to cause offence to anyone, rather build them into a holy person of faith. Now this is not easy nor is it an effort that requires no thought. Rather it is a process of elaborate ideas that no one will grasp with out a firm understanding of the goal. In which I, James Eadie, need only to relinquish to God in the process called submission to God’s will. Some time ago I was given the encouragement to write. This writing came easy to start with though was filled with error and could have been corrected till the cows come home. The intent was the same and the focus was always to display glory to Him who gave me love. Where as the awareness of impact has increased and I now see my word as a work of art. It displays true understanding when developed to an extent of freedom and great love. So, to wait on God in the process is to display holy surrender to him. What I never thought would be a script ...

Favoured

Now the favour in your life will carry you so far. Where will it carry you? To love. Now love looks like something. Often love takes the form of submission to another and their will. Yet coming to know the one who made you is the first step in coming to favour that flows.  Rivers start with a trickle and end in a stream. The collective of so many droplets of water can cause the stream to bulge, bursting its banks. This bulging can be related to the formation of character in our soul. This soul flooded with love is favour again and again pouring through.  The first part of love is to see we are made in the image of God and then made for His glory. These two cement the first of which is grace upon grace then acting upon this revelation, we all seek the glory of God. So what is the power we seek? Is it just that we are to be known by Him and make Him known by love? Let’s look at this.  It’s profound that love can take us deeper into the foundation of the gospel. Love can fin...
